  • TransGender Victoria- TransGender Victoria was founded in the late 1990s to address discrimination faced by transgender people in Victoria. We have been successful in legislative reform and work with government and community groups in all aspects of human rights for transsexuals and cross-dressers alike.
  • Gender Affirmation and Liberation- Gender Affirmation And Liberation (GAAL) is a community support and social group that aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for people that are mutually in the process of gender affirmation or who have already affirmed their true gender/sex to share experiences and relevant information.
  • The Gender Centre (NSW)- The Gender Centre is committed to developing and providing services and activities which enhance the ability of people with gender issues to make informed choices.
    The Gender Centre is also committed to educating the public and providers about the needs of people with gender issues.
    We offer a wide range of services to people with gender issues, their partners, families and friends in NSW. We also act as an education, support, training and referral/resource Centre to other Organizations and Service Providers.
    We specifically aim to provide a high quality service which acknowledges human rights and ensures respect and confidentiality.
  • Trans Melbourne Gender Project- The Trans Melbourne Gender Project is a coalition of people of all genders. We engage in activism and support around issues of gender. We meet in person and online.
  • Chameleons Society of WA- The Chameleon Society is a support and social group for Crossdressers, Transsexuals, their partners and other people or businesses involved with the transgender community. The group is based in Perth, Western Australia
  • Transsexual support- Transsexual Support is a friendly volunteer run site for both Male to Female and Female to Male transsexuals, along with other members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered community. They have a large chatroom, where members can anonymously and comfortably chat with other transsexuals. Here you can be free of perverts and trolls, and simply chat. They also have an extensive and frequently updated library including art, personal stories, fiction, poetry, audio, medication information and much more.
  • Gender Identity Support Group -The Gender Identity Support Group is a non-profit social organisation for people who have issues with their gender identity, their families and supporters.

    Victoria Police Gay and Lesbian Liaison Officers-Victoria Police is committed to ensuring equality and fairness to the community it serves.  Victoria Police has an ongoing commitment to improving its relationship with the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and intersex (GLBTI) communities and to addressing specific issues affecting the community. The Seahorse Club of Victoria, Inc. is a support and social group for the transgender community.

Seahorse Victoria aims to create a safe and supportive space in which those who identify as transgendered can meet and communicate with each other. Common issues, problems, successes, and - to a degree - similar life stories are the threads that bind members together.

This website is designed to complement our real-world activities. It provides us with a way of reaching out to those who may feel isolated and alone, as well as a way to keep members up-to-date with club news. You can also use this site to contact us, find other transgender-related resources online, or find out what's happening around town.

Ken Zucker is a psychologist at the Clarke Institute (aka "Jurassic Clarke") in Toronto. Zucker is famous for forcing gender-variant children into reparative therapy to conform to his expectations for male and female behavior in children. He considers transsexual women a "bad outcome" for gay men. Zucker is a darling of the "ex-gay" movement because of his work "curing" gender-variant children. As the rest of the world begins to understand and accept gender variance as a difference and not a disease, Zucker is increasingly cast as the old-school holdout in press coverage. Zucker was recently selected to chair the group that will craft the APA's DSM-V pronouncements on 'sexual and gender identity disorders' - even though he's widely known to be a reparatist. If you object to "quacks" such as Mr Zucker being selected for such positions please sign the online petition seeking his removal.
